Application Procedures
A) Gather the following documents:
- Filled-out FELTP application form (pdf)
- A certified photocopy of your previous degree certificate(s).
- A certified copy of your transcript of record (in English) for subjects studied during your previous degree(s).
- Filled-out reference forms (pdf). You must provide reference forms from TWO referees who are familiar with your work and educational experience.
B) Send the documents by the application deadline to:
