Regrettably, 398 more COVID-19 related deaths have been reported: Eastern Cape 46, Free State 12, Gauteng 97, Kwa-Zulu Natal 138, Limpopo 8, Mpumalanga 21, Northern Cape 9 and Western Cape 67 which brings the total to 45 344 deaths. We convey our condolences to the loved ones of the departed and thank the health care workers who treated the deceased patients.Our recoveries now stand at 1 323 680, representing a recovery rate of 90,5%
